About Jastatt Properties

Our Story

At Jastatt Properties, we've been providing the best vacation rentals to our community since 2018. We are happy to provide an affordable vacation home with a minimum 30 days rental.

We have availability from July 2025 thru the end of December 2025. Please call or text Jim at (239) 994-4298 to get your rental booked!

We have a recurring annual renter, a long-time customer, every January - June, thus we are not available for an "in season" rental at this time.

Not only are we an affordable option, but we are very diligent in keeping the property maintained and are a trusted local family business.
